Returns

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +92 308 3730735 with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement immediately.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are issued via EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

Non-Returnable

Items that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless defective.
